Start with the exact plant
A familiar common name is not enough to identify a plant. Look for the full botanical name and check its suitability for the animal who lives with you. Different plants can share a name while having very different risks.
Our collection is being prepared. The photographs here show a mood and a setting; they do not identify or approve the plants pictured for a home with pets.
Make room for everyday care
Think about the light in your room, the space a plant needs and the care you can comfortably maintain. Choose a stable place for the pot, keep care products out of reach and give your buddy a comfortable route around it.
Flowers need the same attention: identify every stem, keep vase water away from animals and remove fallen leaves and petals.
